Administrative Assistant

Founded in 1990, Serenity Knolls has been a respected part of the Marin County recovery community? for more than 28 years.? Our approach is 12 step based, we also bring a strong clinical approach to the work we do with our Residents.?? We look forward to ?the opportunity to meet with you. Some of the duties of the administrative assistant are:

  • Answering phones ? first point of contact when calling Serenity Knolls including Admissions
  • ?EDD, Private Pay Insurance, Records requests, assist residents with business related matters/special requests which sometimes includes signing up for Medi-Cal benefits in their county of residence.
  • Court letters, letters of residency, letters frp, the doctor, completion letters
  • ?Maintain Emergency Contact binder with current day to day info for both Residents and Staff

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
